Louis M. Martini Winery Presents a Culinary Experience Featuring Tre Posti

12 guests will be treated to an incredible evening of food and wine in the historic Louis M. Martini Monte Rosso Cellar.

Nash Cognetti, Former Executive Chef of Tra Vigne and currently Executive Chef of Tre Posti, will host your group for a series of culinary demonstrations. To start, you will work side by side with Nash to make their signature fresh mozzarella. Next, your group will get involved to create a pasta or risotto dish. Afterwards, you will get a deserved break for the entrée course where you will get to relax and let Nash handle the rest. To finish the evening your group will enjoy a special flambé dessert.

And of course there will be great wines paired with your meal! Your group will enjoy the highly regarded Monte Rosso Cabernet Sauvignon and Lot 1. For the winning bidder you will also take home two magnums of Cabernet Sauvignon from Louis M. Martini Winery.
